I really like my metro bank the staff make you feel comfortable and there really quick with dealing with the customers they never let the line grow long and there always enough staff on the shop floor if you need any help every time I've gone in there I never waited no longer then 5-6 minutes that's fast for a bank and I can go to the bank and get a new card the same day not having to waite to one to come in the post Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
