Faultless, personal service

I’ve been using Metro Bank for 10 years now. Once a loyal Lloyds customer, I switched to Metro Bank as I felt the fees and services I was getting at Lloyd’s to be a) excessive and b) non personal. It would be unfair to say Metro Bank hasn’t had its issues in the past but you can clearly see the growth of the products and services they provide. From the banking app, to the contact centre. It’s evolving and I’m here for it. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
