I’ve had a metro current account for years, along with other products. Staff have always been efficient, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about products, I find the hours of opening excellent and customer focused and the banking app is very user friendly and you can always speak to an adviser out of hours., I particularly like that your debit card is printed in-house so no waiting around for the post. I have a current account with another high street bank but it sits almost unused as it can’t compare, in all aspects, with Metro. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
