All round great bank to be with

In store assistance is second to none, you can get almost anything sorted there and then with a real person; from printing a new card, changing an account type, resetting a password, direct debit help, transfer help etc. The app is simple and reliable, helpful messages telling you if you balance can't cover a payment so you have enough time to sort it out. All round good banking for normal people who don't want to wait ok the phone with a robot for hours. Also open weekends and evenings which is great! Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
