We have had a current account with Metro Bank for over four years, switching when we lost confidence in the service of another bank. Using the website for online banking is seamless. Calls to customer service have been have been very satisfactory as staff have been pleasant, knowledgeable and proactive. We are very pleased with the generous opening hours and convenient locations. We used the safe deposit service for a while, and although no longer needed, we found this very helpful at a particular time. I would recommend it to others without hesitation.
