I have been with Metro Bank for over 10 years now, I joined for many different reasons, such as the different types of accounts they hold so you have options on how to deal and handle your money, the customer service is fantastic not only within the bank branches but over the phone and overseas service help, the security system makes me feel confident and safe to hold my money with Metro, and the fact that they are so quick and efficient with their services really helps, they are very clear and easy to understand so that anyone can use metro bank its brilliant! they don't try to complete things and if you don't understand they find a way to help you instead of just insisting on what to do with your money, they make sure that you are happy with what they have done for you so you always leave on a good and well comfortable note so you know what you needed todo has been done, I can not brag on enough how happy I am with METRO BANK.
