When i joined Metro Bank i had enough of the bank i was with missing money, Metro changed that and strange movement on my account i am contacted straight away and or my account get stopped a new card there and then no waiting for moths at a time Metro Bank staff are helpful polite assist where needed your new account is ready within an hour you get a new account and problems sorted so fast Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
