Excellent customer care

When my wife died, the customer service representatives really looked after me, ensuring that her accounts were successfully closed, transferred to me, and every little thing was taken care of. They even gave me a gift of a flowering plant and some chocolate. This is above and beyond what I would get elsewhere - and as my wife had multiple bank accounts, I can make direct comparisons. Most banks have been good, Metro Bank has been exceptional. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023
