Not helpful at all to open a basic account

Trying to open an account without requesting credit cards for my wife has been a mission impossible. Asking same question in three different occasions. Very unprofessional. She decided to cancel her application in Mark&Spencer after waiting almost 1 month. Finally opened one at HSBC. M&S doesn’t understand bank business. It’s no a professional bank.
