Missing the City, still with the Building Society.

I invested savings with Bath Building Society while I lived in that lovely city. Staff in the branch and in HQ always combined efficiency with friendliness. Now that I am no longer able to live in Bath I still receive first class service on line, by post or telephone. Reviewed on: 10th March 2025

Society Member No Longer Able to Visit Branch

Long standing member of the society. I know longer need a mortgage but have to manage my savings carefully in retirement. Always had excellent personal service from Bath Building Society. For family reasons I no longer live in or near to Bath. I miss opportunities to call in at the branch but on line, on the phone or by post I still get excellent service. I think that being a Mutual sets that culture. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2024

I have been a member for many years. Always a joy to deal with. For family reasons I no longer live in Bath, and actually miss having opportunities to pop into the branch. But the on-line service is excellent with real - named - people at the other end! Reviewed on: 4th April 2023
