Be very wary if you make a claim as they will try every trick in the book to not pay out and keep you waiting months in the hope you will just give up. After waiting since October last year they have finally only partly paid my claim and i will now be forced to seek further legal help. Don't be fooled when they say you are covered for cancellations, curtailment, cabin confinement, missed ports, Covid etc etc as the have a book of clauses which basically negates all the items they claim to cover, for me this has been a case of see section 8 sub clause 47 which states if you make a claim we don't have to pay. I have used this company for many years and recommended them to family and friends and cannot believe the amount of stress the have caused me. .
