Fair and thorough

Confusion on EMEI number and which phone was insured. The operators I dealt with were helpful, thorough and fair and after a slightly longer process we managed to get the claimed cleared and my son got a repaired phone. ROW did themselves a great deal of good and I will continue to use their services in the future. Reviewed on: 30th August 2016
