Terrible Customer Service

Damaged phone, had 3 phone calls in a week asking what happened to phone. Had to e-mail documents twice because Row has problems with Yahoo mail. Took 10 days before anything happened & was finally sent a 'Kit' to return the phone. Then took over 10 days to get the phone back. During all of this, no e-mails we're responded to re status of phone or complaints & we weren't kept updated about anything. A 24 hour replacement is advertised on their website, this took over 3 weeks. Due to the absolutely abysmal service, we cancelled the insurance & would never go back. Reviewed on: 31st August 2016
