Efficient and Effective Service

I had an issue with a rail ticket that was purchased but unable to be collected due to a machine fault. The client services team took all of the hard work out of the claims dispute, both over the phone and through the live chat I was kept fully informed of progress. The process for providing evidence was very easy using the app and document upload features for photographs,.
