Easy to sign in, responsive app, great customer service, easy to transfer money into and out of the account, interest paid monthly.

Unlike another competitor, their app runs super smooth. Banking practices look to be totally secure. They have been quickly raising interest rates in response to base rate increases which saves having to move money about to get market leading rates. Having a choice to easy-to-use savings pots is a bonus.
