What I experienced from this company is constant delays. It took 2 months for my claim to be accepted. They then threw a lot of hurdles to avoid proceeding with the claim and one of the conditions was that I provide my password to the laptop otherwise they will cancel my claim. Of course I wouldn’t do that due to the privacy of my laptop.
They then kept ignoring me but still continuing to take payments until I cancelled direct debit. I asked them to cancel verbally and via email but I am yet to hear back from them. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST
