Super efficient

So easy to create an account and the website is easy and intuitive. Love the round-up facility and the 1% cashback on purchases. But I'm most impressed by the regular communications and surveys to check the customer is happy and to ask opinions on new and innovative ideas for making banking rewarding. They fully understand that they have to EARN my custom, unlike most high street banks. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023
