App is too busy

The app is a bit tricky to navigate , I like the look of the physical card and I like the ease of using the card abroad and the conversion. The under18 account is a pain as family can’t transfer money in , it has to go through my account. We need more spend rewards, like cash back on anything! The merchants you give cash back on are so limited and I’ve never heard of most of them. Reviewed on: 16th April 2024

Easy and confidence

Chase was recommended to me by my Mum, after looking into it I was keen to sing up as I wanted a bank that rewarded its current customers and offered an easy to use app with safe but fast sign up. I absolutely love the chase account and app, the account is my main spending app and my husband has signed up and moved all of our savings from our old bank account to chase as the rewards are so good.
