Efficient service, right level of communications

I've used SImply Business for several years. They contact me in advance of renewals and offer competitive quotes. They're on the end of the phone to talk through them and are well informed about what they offer. Feels like a genuine professional to professional conversation, and doesn't take longer than it needs to. Job done! Reviewed on: 17th July 2023

Great service, great product, great price! There's only one criticism, and that's how the bank is viewed by certain funders (I work in charity sector). They still seem to have this perception that as an online bank, it is inherently risky or something. Whereas, in reality, Starling is the ONLY bank that actually provides an acceptable level of customer service. The others are terrible. Starling are great online and great on the phone. I know this isn't the responsibility of this award scheme, but please do influence when you can. Starling could massive help the charity sector, by providing this excellent level of service to these kinds of entities. Rather than the blob of the high street banks. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023
