Very good communication and flexible lender

I've been paying off a loan from Ratesetter for just over 2 years now and would definitely recommend them to others. My repayment rate was market leading, and they've been very easy to deal with since taking out the loan. Their app and website are both very good and the few times I've had to change direct debit dates they have been very flexible and quick to help me I'd definitely recommend them for a loan.
