Had put alot of debt onto loans and cards doing alterations to the house and wanted to put this onto the mortgage, was really struggling to find a mortgage broker that would give us the amount we needed until Kensington came through. Very easy to deal with and for a few yrs pain at a higher interest rate we now have our dream home and all house related debt is now in with the house going forward. Happy.

Required a loan at a good affordable rate at short notice. Application experience was very easy and information was clear on how to apply and what would happen going forward. I Had my decision back quickly and had the money in the bank with in a couple of days, so was able to carry out my purchase hassle free and quickly.
