Review of the Kensington Mortgages, Mortgage:

Desperate and Kensington came through

Had put alot of debt onto loans and cards doing alterations to the house and wanted to put this onto the mortgage, was really struggling to find a mortgage broker that would give us the amount we needed until Kensington came through. Very easy to deal with and for a few yrs pain at a higher interest rate we now have our dream home and all house related debt is now in with the house going forward. Happy. RateSetter are top banana

Required a loan at a good affordable rate at short notice. Application experience was very easy and information was clear on how to apply and what would happen going forward. I Had my decision back quickly and had the money in the bank with in a couple of days, so was able to carry out my purchase hassle free and quickly. Would 100% continue to use ratesetter in future if i needed any loans as I have done in past with them and customer service has always been first class. Thanks RateSetter.
