Could use an improvement in customer service.

Customer service contact was lackluster for my personal experience. Did not seem to know what was going on and I had to explain the situation numerous times before someone finally understood. Once the problem was understood, the problem was handled in somewhat of a timely manner. Things should be made easier for the customer and it was very frustrating having to keep repeating myself. The product is a good product and I continue to use the card but certainly an overhaul in the customer service department is warranted. Good interest rate and good amount of credit. Other than the aforementioned issue with customer service, no other problems have been experienced. Overall I think this card is a good fit with minimal fees associated with it.
