This company has got to at least win the best new comer award. Now, I’m not saying this company has not got teething problems, and more work is needed which I’m sure the heirarchy would agree with me on. But the value you get with the interest on savings accounts, the ease to use an account, the complimentary bonus for even opening an account and giving customers 1% for 12 months on every day spending is somewhat pioneering and should be engineered to work after a 12 month period. Many banks could learn a thing or two from Chase Communications. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023
