I've never had a bad experience with Zopa, their curtious and pleasant when you have a querie. Very quick at replying to you and money was in the bank quickly. You can go on the app and change your payment day that's best for you and pay extra payments if you wish. Reviewed on: 11th April 2024

I cannot believe how quickly Zopa sorted out a personal loan for us. A lovely man rang asked me a few questions that wasn't on the application form and within 2 hours the loan had been passed and the money was in my account. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023
