All done on line, loan length and costs made very clear and easy to understand. Had a decision within 4 days and the money was in my account within 6 hours. Always get an email from them a few days before the loan repayment is due so no surprises in my account and a quarterly statement from them to keep mef up to date with the amount owed. Also I can check where I am through the app. Reviewed on: 11th April 2024

No fuss service

Applied for a personal loan, Zopa was asked how much and over what time scale. Was asked a few more questions about earnings etc and within a couple of days the money was sent to my bank. The Zopa App makes everything transparent. Great service without fuss. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023
