The best app for tracking your credit score!

I cannot comment on customer service as I have never had to contact them - but I think this goes to show just how amazing the app is - so easy to understand and navigate. I love how your score is always live as I notice a difference in my score between apps, as the others aren’t live and only update periodically. I always go to Totally Money as the most reliable source for tracking my score and accounts. I also love the insights and hints and tips for improving your score. Highly recommend. Getting my Abound loan was effortless - application/acceptance process was straightforward and the managing of my loan was all done through the portal, which is so user friendly for someone tech phobic like me! I had rated customer service as I have as I never had to speak to someone directly due to be able to manage everything through the portal. Reviewed on: 14th April 2026

Fast payout - Just amazing and so user friendly.

I took out a £1,000 personal loan with Zopa, and I’m not afraid to admit that my credit rating is not the best! (I also got what I think is a fair APR rate to reflect this fact!) There were no fiddly forms to fill out, communication was excellent, portals and website were so easy to use and the money was paid into my account almost immediately upon approval. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use Zopa again if I need another loan or wish to top-up my existing loan with them. Thank you, Zopa! Reviewed on: 5th April 2023
