I have found their savings account to be competitive.

I have found their savings account to be competitive. During the financial struggles we find ourselves in I think it is really important to be able to have accessible savings that give you a competitive yield. Chase provides this. Reviewed on: 13th April 2024

I have never had any bad experience with the customer services offering from Chase. The app is super easy to use and their response times are excellent. I find it very easy to just contact them through the app with my query and it is usually resolved within a few hours Reviewed on: 13th April 2024

Excellent and simple app

I am very happy with the services provided by Chase and the app is excellent to use. The benefits offered by Chase (I also use their Savings account) are very good compared to my usual bank account. The cashback and round-up saving features and rates are also a key point for me in sticking with Chase. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023
