Helpful and beyond

Through ClearScore I chose Ratesetter to apply for a loan. I could see my score was high enough and my affordability score too. I simply clicked and filled out a few fields and the decision came back as accepted! We were over the moon as it meant we could make some much needed home improvements and for such a low price. The customer service is outstanding and they really are so helpful. My job changed my payday and I was worried it would affect my payment dates but they took complete control and reassured me not to worry and simply changed the date to suit.
