I joined Chase about six months ago, and I am very glad I did! Excellent customer service, a very good banking app., competitive interest rates, cash back on spending, and first rate communications. Now my wife and children all have accounts too. I my opinion Chase are differentiating themselves, because they are trying harder than the rest.
