Poor fraud protection

Unlike most mainstream UK banks, Chase Bank is not signed up to the Authorised Push Payment Scam Code. We were the victim of an elaborate authorised push payment scam and lost over £7000. Chase refused to reimburse, dismissing our complaint almost immediately. I understand that had our situation occurred with a bank that is signed up with this Code, we would have been reimbursed.
