Good luck with the call back!

Tried calling Hull branch for a week to simply ask a question re: appointment. No answer. So I rang hub office who said i would get a call back within 2 hours, didn't call back all week dispite me trying Hull office all week, no response. So I opened my ISA at a rival building society.
