Terrible

If I could, I'd give -5 stars. One time i asked for an extension to my 0% interest and they close one of my accounts and lowered my credit limit SIGNIFICANTLY on another. Im told they sent a letter I didn't get the letter, and I still haven't been told why? I asked for a 30 day interest free extension as I was struggling to pay it all back on the date my 0% balance transfer expired.
