Hassle free excellent service

I needed a loan and was pre approved with ratesetter, confirmed & completed my personal details and was provided with a super competitive rate. I could not believe it was so easy and quickly done and even completed on a mobile, I even called them once I received my confirmation email as the money would be in my account that afternoon or next day it sounded too good to be true. Even with that it was a UK based office which immediately confirmed all the details and couldn't be more helpful. I had to pinch myself as I was so surprised the whole arrangement was completed in minutes. Everything was clear and exactly what I needed and provided in the banking world with ratesetter. There is a really easy user friendly app which once downloaded you have all the power to your fingertips to view all you need. You can see all payments, how much is left, if you want to make over payments, if the service is still right for you, if you need assistance, and much more. I felt very confident using ratesetter and have recommended them to family & friends. They don't hassle you either and just let you manage your account as required. But they are always there 24/7 if you have any questions. A very modern up todate company so such a great service I would have no doubt in using them again. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023
