Without exaggeration, it is almost impossible to speak to a human via this service. Cora generally cannot answer any query I have presented to it. It claims to be passing you over to a live agent but this doesn't happen and eventually refreshes and takes you back to square one. If you do manage to get through to a human they just palm you off by promising to pass your query on to their "dedicated team" and that you will be contacted... Predictably enough this never happens either. Even their complaints team never get back in touch and when you call them they just say "oh I'm very sorry" but don't actually do anything. NatWest customer service is altogether nonexistent and Cora is just another disappointing aspect of that. Not recommended. Also, Cora is a robot. Why does it make you wait a few seconds before replying to your multiple-choice answer? Reviewed on: 6th April 2023
