Super responsive to rate changes

I find it hard to believe that other banks are unable to track BoE base rates or seemingly put into place any forward thinking to take advantage of rate fluctuations and seem to delay rate changes. Chip manage this very well and some of the dinosaur banks would do well to look after their customers a little more - again chip are fleet of foot and manage this very well, without fuss and bother.
