Decent, responsible banking

I have been a Nationwide customer for many years. It's a solid, responsible, easy to deal with building society and I much prefer having a current account with them than the other major banks. The staff are well trained and helpful. The App/tech is well designed and easy to use. Also, they're not investing in horrible things - no arms deals or fossil fuels. So it's a winner all round. Great customer service, efficient, and I can sleep at night knowing my money is only invested in good, positive things

I have banked on and off with Triodos for many years. their customer service has always been refreshingly brilliant - no maddening tech, just excellent and people centred service. Their interest rates are sustainable - a little below the 'market leaders' but that is because they only invest in positive things. Your money is really helping to invest in a better world, in so many ways. All banking should be like this! No boom and bust, just sensible, responsible, positive banking....
