Customer service on demand and multi accounts

One of the best accounts I have had after first direct, in fact this one replaces my first direct account. I can have multiple accounts with their own account numbers, label them for different things, 1% cash back on every day purchases, 5% on that, then 3.2% on all other savings, your money literally keeps growing. Took a long time to roll out from the US, but great move and looking forward to more products being rolled out. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023
