How a loan company should be

Efficient and swift application process, portal and website access is user friendly, simple to utilise and yearly statement sent was a useful reminder. When requesting a payment break, it was granted immediately, I experienced no issues and they offered great communications. You also have the option to be a potential lender too with Ratesetter as well as a borrower. Progressive and flexible, highly recommend them. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023
