Excellent customer service and easy to use

Freetrade has been incredibly easy to use, offers a wide range of products and - most importantly - has excellent customer service. On the rare occasions I have needed help, it has been quick and easy to get a response from a real human via the in-app chat function, and my queries have always been resolved. Their tiered membership system suits me as a casual investor and lets me pick what I need, which saves me money in the long run. Reviewed on: 11th March 2024

Incredible Customer Service

Good banks don't have many issues. Great banks solve even the smallest ones quickly and effectively - I was able to get a same day reply from an actual human, who resolved my issue in less than 24 hours and then updated me and checked that what appeared fixed at their end was indeed fixed at mine. Friendly, speedy and customer-centred service showed that the 'community' Freetrade mentions in promotions does, in fact, exist. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023
