Always had an excellent customer service experience.

Always had an excellent customer service experience. App is easy to use. Recently set up a savings account which has excellent benefits for Zopa customers. Cannot fault them. They helped me when I was a victim of fraud and took extra steps to keep me protected. Reviewed on: 9th February 2026
