Simply Great and here is why

I think Freetrade is great, been with them for over a year, I was looking for a platform to start trading with that was easy to use, fair fees and put the customer as number one, and I found it. Started with just an GIA account, which was easy to set up and validate through the KYC process and before you know it I’m taking advantage of the ISA account giving me the ability to deposit simply and earn tax free within the threshold then finally opening a SIPP account, the ease in which freetrade was able to support in transferring my other SIPP was amazing and completed in a short amount of time and on top of that claim my HMRC relief toward my SIPP for me every time I deposit. I know how the review sounds but I stand by every word and that’s why I’ve recommended and helped sign up a couple of family members and friends who wanted to start there journey trading. Every request or question I’ve sent to Freetrade customer service has been answered and replied, from changing my address, recommending shares to list, to asking them to explain how to transfer my SIPP. Easy to use platform, FAQ, updates on the market, app updates, mailbox and newsletter updates, referrals, real customer service, minimal trading fees, great analytics. Great app, great platform, great customer service, great company with a fantastic future for years ahead that I look forward to sharing. Reviewed on: 8th April 2023
