Still waiting after 2 months

I put in a claim for travel insurance since 23rd April, 2018 and provided all the documents they required. I was contacted to send proof of my watches which I did on the same day. A week after that, I was asked to send estimate to replace the watches. I have not received any correspondence from anyone since I put in the claim. I feel very disappointed with the service Flexplus travel has provided. I call every week and still have not got any update on my claim and recently had to file in a complaint.
