All the other banks are behind.

Monzo was only introduced a few years ago and they’ve smashed it! I love the ability to budget and create savings pots without having to open a savings account. The interface on the app is not only designed nicely but easy & simple to use. NatWest used to be my main bank but now I’ve completely moved to Monzo. Other banks had only introduced similar features after Monzo had! Too late by then. You need to listen to your customers more and take a leaf from Monzo. To all the other banks, you have to work a lot harder to convince me to move to you. Reviewed on: 25th April 2025

Come on who is going to beat Monzo at it

No other bank has done it like Monzo has. Other banks are way behind or trying to implement what Monzo has been doing, only now. I like the fact that they have a chat system and that you have your independence on the app. Budgeting tool is also great! The interface i also like, how it’s set up and easy to use.
