What's not to like?

I've been with Zopa since October 2022. The application process was super straightforward, the APR I was given was much lower than the representivave rate (usually works out the other way)... Getting to speak to someone is a doddle, the app works well 99% of the time and I really like the online security features when checking out, like having to select a recent transaction from a list.
