My experience with Vanquis.

I have had a really good experience with Vanquis the customer service team are very friendly and are always keen to help, I changed jobs so my dates of payment needed to be changed, they were so accommodating and helpful and it was changed the same day. I once got charged a fee for missed payment despite me paying, so I phoned and they were so helpful and rectified this ASAP. They are always on hand to help, and it’s always a smooth process and the waiting times are amazing to get in touch with the team Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024
