Great service during loss of brother in law

The team at Zopa are extremely helpful and I have always experienced fantastic customer service, Unfortunately my partners brother took his own life the day before we were due to go on our first holiday together - it was an incredibly difficult time and so sad. The insurance company did not honour our claim, we lost thousands of pounds that we had paid but that loss paled in significance against the tragic circumstances - we both had to take unpaid time off work - my partner to help look after the two young children and his brothers wife and myself to look after my partner - the sudden loss affected so many lives and we were and still are devastated. I had to ask for a payment holiday in light of these events and the service and care I received was second to none and I felt genuine concern from anyone I have spoken to at Zopa. We have both been hit not only emotionally but also financially so winning some extra money would be amazing to go towards maybe finally getting that holiday!!
