Unhappy Customer

I used PayPal credit and PayPal pay in 3 for a few years, it was great and provided an excellent way of splitting payments without taking on additional credit and interest. I went to use it regularly to find the service had been removed from me and my pay in 3 application rejected. That was the first time this had ever happened and has left a sour taste in my mouth as I’d never missed payments, sometimes 100s each month but did miss one DD payment which was a failure on paypals side not mine and now I’m being penalised for it. As soon as my PayPal credit balance is cleared I will be closing it down and never ysing PayPal again, which is a shame as they have been excellent for years but don’t find them to value customers anymore. I couldn’t recommend Zopa enough.

I couldn’t recommend Zopa enough. Having used the credit card for a little over a year now, I’ve had nothing but an excellent experience. The app is very easy to use and it’s very informative, giving insights into overall financial state, current balance etc. It’s also very quick and simple to make a payment which is not usually the case with credit card providers. Excellent

I love my Zopa credit card account, the app is extremely to use to view balances and make payments, these are updated instantly following a transaction / payment. I also like getting notifications each time I make a payment using my credit card to keep on top of my spending. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023
