Friendly and professional

It's my first experience with sunny, and unlike other short term loan companies they were professional and friendly. They ensured my repayments were manageable before processing any funds, and their customer service personnel are extremely approachable. They were able to offer a solution to a payment problem with ease that did not affect my credit rating and did not put me under undue stress- all in a polite and amenable manner.
