Better than legacy banks, still behind on challengers

Not had any issues and any time I have had to get in touch has been great customer service. I feel as though their model of having no branches is somewhat behind the challengers which are online only, given that a lot of things they do still require paper and post (even setting up a direct debit to pay theor own credit card) which is just bizarre. Other than that haven't any complaints. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023
