The interest rate is very high. If I want to change the amount, they always answer the phone within 60 seconds and you don't have any stupid menu options to go through first. They are always quick and helpful. The staff always sound like they care and are interested and the rate of interest is brilliant Reviewed on: 5th September 2016

Taking out the mortgage

When I took out the mortgage, the advisor was very efficient and helpful. She checked all of the different rates out and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want. The whole process was easy. The offer changed because it took so long to buy the house (over 6 months) but that did not cause any problems and they did it over the phone without any hassle. Reviewed on: 5th September 2016
